How can I be sure the device is original?
Verify it before you pay: check the IMEI or serial number directly with the manufacturer when your device arrives or in our shop. If anything doesn't check out, you don't pay. Simple.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every purchase includes our 12-month Delta Care warranty on top of the manufacturer's coverage. If a covered fault appears, we repair or replace the device free of charge.
Can I return my device?
You have 14 days to change your mind. If you're not happy for any reason, return it in the condition you received it for a full refund.
How do payments and delivery work?
Pay by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card or cash on delivery. Delivery inside Kigali is free and usually same-day; upcountry orders arrive in 1–3 business days.
