How fast is delivery?
Same-day inside Kigali (usually within hours), 1–3 business days everywhere else in Rwanda. Delivery in Kigali is free.
How do I claim my warranty?
Message us on WhatsApp with your receipt number and a short description. If the fault is covered, we collect the device, repair or replace it, and return it to you — free.
Can I pay in instalments?
We're piloting instalment plans with select partners. Ask on WhatsApp for current options for the device you want.
